Director Barbara Docherty has spent over 12 years developing the TADS approach which emphasises individual person focused and person driven communication processes working with all patients rather than selected and targeted ‘at risk’ groups.

After 23 years of practice nursing, radio health advice, primary health care nursing development and research, regular medical and nursing journals input, government involvement  and as author of what is the only New Zealand practice nurse training manual, Barbara has made some clear observations of the most effective methods of behavioural change practice.

Contact Barbara Docherty for further information on how the TADS PACT© and BOI preventative health intervention tools can be implemented successfully by your staff or organization.
